I have literally never left a review in my life for an app. But KIC deserves all the kind words I have to say. I am so qualified to train myself, I have a degree in strength in conditioning and have worked as a personal trainer for 5 years. Something was always not quiet right about training myself. Thinking about my own workouts and planning for myself just was never possible for me. KIC has transformed how I look at myself exercising, the pressure I once felt and conformed to is completely gone. This app and Steph and Laura have changed the entire game! I can’t wait to see what they achieve together with KIC I just know it’s changing the world one girl at a time
A fitness app that slots in with everyday life
I got onto the KIC app through listening to Steph and Laura’s podcast and man I’m so stoked I did. Two words, affordable and accessible! With an insane amount of videos at different lengths and type of workouts, it makes working out super accessible.
When I’ve had a long day, a 10 minute workout seems achievable and leaves me feeling proud of myself for moving my body. And often that 10 minute workout is all you need to motivate more.
It’s super affordable and I love everything the KIC stands for. Thank you girls and team for creating this 💛👏🏻

Absolutely obsessed with this app
Love love LOVE this app! I am halfway through my first running programme (first time I haven’t quit in my life) and have become obsessed with Pilates. And omg the recipes! Honestly, thanks guys this app is life changing and beautiful. As a uni student LOVE the budget recipes too. 5/5 everyone should definitely try!! This app leaves no room for excuses either.
