Great Service!
We had to make a sudden change to our trip and the team were so helpful and sorted out an alternate route and pricing changes within 24hours. Easy!
Horrible service
They will offer any cheap price to make you think you’re making a good deal. But they omit essential information such as “carry on only” tickets, non connecting flights and leave you on your own to deal with all the problems that will arise, ending up paying a lot more or even missing flights.
You’re better off buying straight from the airlines.

Refund not received yet
My trip was cancelled by the airline but haven’t received any refund yet. I was told I wouldn’t get a full refund even though it was not me who cancelled the flight. I have never heard anything like this before. Please don’t book from this site. I rebooked but again I faced problems at the Airport since my PNR number was not written in the eticket. I had to re print it. Lots of hassles.
