Nice content - scope of improvement for app
I liked the contents on this platform, however from an app pov I think there is scope for improvement.
For instance on iOS when I am playing an audio book and is on chapter 7 for eg and accidentally or intentionally force close the app, it does not retain the status of last listened . When I play the audiobook it plays from chapter 1. This is very basic and is very important user experience.

Charged for Subscription that doesn’t work
I signed up Kuku Fm last year and subscribed for the yearly plan. After one year I renewed my subscription. Kuku fm charged for the subscription, but its not working. It’s still showing me as I have to buy their premium subscription and increased their prices 5 times. Very disappointed with their service.
