Landlord - Estate Trading Game 4+

I’ve been playing this game for a few days now and it’s safe to say that it’s better than i thought it would be. I thought it would be pay to win like all the other tycoon games but this game allows a level playing field. The land purchases being based on locations near you is quite nice and along with that rent is decided by the digital foot print of people going to the store which is pretty realistic. If you know what to invest in this game should be a breeze and yet always set out goals for you to beat.

Its a great game with a unique style which I havnt seen anywhere else on the appstore, the radar works a treat and buying/selling is straight forward and easy. There are however a few things i would like to point out, one being the UI/user interface, i feel like this could be improved as it is sometimes slow and unresponsive. When buying with coins i would like a display at the top showing how much coins I have before and after i make a purchase, also properties. Most properties cost something in the millions yet give almost no return profit. Players have invested in properties and have gone inactive yet the property is still bought. i suggest a daily login reward to counteract this and a kick feature for people who have not played in say 6 months. Properties of real value like countries and regions are always far too expensive for most people and gameplay often feels slow and you never feel like your advancing in the game, i also suggest being able to do more with properties you have bought, beyond just upgrading it. Also when buying a property it should display how much rent it will give each day so i get an indication of the value of the property. Apart from those minor issues i feel the game is very good and still shows plenty of potential

I wasn’t sure what to expect after I downloaded this game but after about 10 minutes I got hooked. You can buy any propoerty of any street in your local area. If you don’t have a big amount of capital then you just buy a small percentage of properties until you build a lot up. It’s easy to get coins every 24 hours, however I would like to see more free coins available every day whether watching ads or doing tasks.
I’m really enjoying buying more and more properties, it’s been just over a week and I’m starting to build a little empire now.
I do have issues with the marketplace. There’s a lot of people bidding for atm machines (mainly in USA) however I’m not sure what the Return on investment for those purchases are? It seems like you don’t make any money.
