I have found Lazada excellent to buy from. There has never been a problem. Keep up the good work. Many thanks. Sadly many of the big companies no longer have any contact details.
Very poor customer service
I bought a faulty shelf from Lazada just recently and requested to change the shelf or return my money due to it being faulty. Lazada rejected my request despite all images of defective parts attached and even despite the seller agreed to return my money. Lazada did not bother to give any adequate reasons why my request was rejected, they just ignored my futher emails. Also there is no options on their website or app yo contact them directly and talk to someone regarding any issues. There is a number that does nothing but lead you back to a website and an automated system on the website that repeat general information again and again. Very poor experience. I am glad I did not buy anything too expensive from Lazada. They are the company you won't trust at all!

1month na since nagorder ako sa lazada, first time ko ginamit card ko sa order. Dati kasi cash on delivery, so sinubukan ko card ko. Ok na bayad na, on process na raw. Pero ung date na expected dumating items ko hindi dumating, delivery failed daw hanggang ngaun. Multiple attempts of delivery daw samantalang hindi nawawalan ng tao ang bahay namin and kilala sa lugar namin last name ko. So ngaun kachat ko ung seller, sabi nya irrefund daw ni lazada ung pera pag dumating na raw sknila ule ung order ko pero till now ung update ng order ko delivery failed pa rin and no refund pa rin. 1 month, im so dissapointed with you guys, lage kami umoorder sainyo, mga ate ko, nanay ko, kapatid ko and even relatives. Nakailang chat din ako sa fb account nyo, no respond, puro nga binbenta nyo lang minmessage nyo sakin pero ung mga questions ko never nasagot and seen lang. Grabe kayo nakakawalang gana
