If anyone is having no sound for the game on the new iPad OS. Make sure the “bell” button is turned off in the control panel. The game doesn’t respond to the volume control if that button is turned on.

Hi there, sorry to hear you are having trouble with our app. Normally problems with sound are due to the fact that the mute switch on the device is engaged. This can be a little confusing because not all apps obey the mute button, but ours do, so while you will be able to hear other apps, you would not be able to hear ours. All you have to do is toggle the mute switch which is located on the side of your tablet or smartphone. Once you toggle it you will hear sound again. If there is no mute button please slide up the menu from the bottom of the iPad screen to find the mute button icon. If you still cannot hear sound, please try the following: Go to Settings > General. Under "Use Side Switch To" please ensure that the "Mute" option is selected, and not the "Lock Rotation" button. Then ensure that the Lock / Unlock setting is switched on (to unlock). You might have to restart your device afterwards. If this doesn't work please email us at support@touchpress.com.

I am loving the educational value of the free train set & I think it’s great to have free sample, however the annual charge is just completely out of reach & over the top. I think if it were a one off or not so expensive I would consider it. Unfortunately we are not willing to purchase it for the current cost annually.Edit to add, not entirely a fair cost based on quite a high number of reviewers. Maybe something to consider.

Given what's in it, the price is quite reasonable! From early math, to problem solving, and social and emotional skills, your toddlers learn a number of skills that are all in line with meeting their developmental needs. What's more - the app also provides a great opportunity for families to play together and learn while having fun!

The game is fun but the full unlock is ridiculously expensive (and it’s an annual subscription!) and the unlocked levels are all much smaller than the free level so the apparent value appears higher than it really is. Also the app says “may be shareable” for Family Sharing but it isn’t so you’re either required to buy it again for multiple devices OR follow a stupid workaround to unlock the app purchases on multiple devices - why? Just make it work with Family Sharing!

So many glitches

You’d think the amount of money this app costs the glitches would get fixed in a timely manner. The tree house area has not worked properly since release. This was not cheap to unlock and it should be tested before it gets released. Please fix this!
