Was great but standards have fallen in last 12 months
Several issues with change of materials, smaller sizes than expected and broken goods. Have used app for 4 years and have only had problems in the last 12 months.
Eventually received after making enough fuss
I placed an order and after waiting for ages and it not arriving I contacted customer services who said I had to wait 90 days(says 60 on app). Anyway they email the address they sent it to and had put my street name as my name and put my suburb as street so no wonder it never arrived! Very very disappointed and I’ll never order from them again! I just hope I manage to get my money back!
They ended up sending another batch to the correct address. Will still not order from them again but at least I got what I paid for. Quality to be expected for the price paid.

I recently ordered from this website and my parcel was was lost by the local post service in my country although I didn’t get much support from the post service I reached out to light in the box and explained my situation to Soraia and she handled situation and refunded me within a week. Overall the service was 10/10. Highly recommend reaching out if you have issues.
