I would say it’s a really nice game, it’s so real like the same game in casino, but in my opinion, all the numbers in the game are so big, and the bets are too big as well, you wouldn’t even notice until ur points ran out, and it’s really painful to wait for 3 hours for the small amount of bonus credits come, and it’s so hard to hit the feature and jackpot, when it comes to hard to win, it lost the fun people should find in the game!

Absolutely Terrible Service

No support, issues in game, VIP levels removed with rewards, now ONLY if you spend ridiculous amounts of money will you get anything. Was VIP Deluxe and continue to play hours a day and have Spent over $3,000 over 400 days and getting and they just removed status with changes to the app without notification and rewards removed. When asking what is required to get back to that level they say they can’t tell me!!! Then they refuse to provide information of my play time, activity etc or tell me what the new Deluxe level requires. Tried to say my activity reduced, however my spend and activity had steadily increased over the 100 days leading upto the changes. Used to win jackpots, big wins and have fun, now no wins, no rewards and no support from the developers who acknowledged they lied to me in messages and that the service agents don’t know what they are talking about which I have saved for the developers if they ever want to know just how bad their team are. So frustrated am now deleting all PRODUCT MADNESS apps!

Negative feedback

I saved up my bonuses for a full week and i was claiming them everytime they were available (excluding overnight) and with that, i lost it within 10-15 minutes on relatively low bets, i do this all the time, occasionally try to go big bets and hope for a feature, it just never happens. I’ve had one streak where i was winning feature after feature and got up to about 200,000,000 and the next day on 1m bets it was gone, over 200 spins and didn’t get a feature. At that point i realised it’s only fun if you win. And even if you spend money on coins, it’s gone within 5 minutes and a waste of time. Unless you can afford to spend a few hundred dollars on the game. It’s impossible to stay up, a bit too much losing to enjoy it anymore
