Does this work in NZ??

I have tried to use the app, signed up & apparently I have subscribed but it will not allow me to use the app! I have the app already loaded against my Apple ID & yet it does not work!!

Does this app even work in NZ? Cos it’s charging me $16.49NZD for an app that does not allow me to log in even though I’m subscribed!! Really frustrating!!
