The Luma Surveillance app makes it easy to check on what matters – anytime, anywhere. Watch live video, easily search, play back, and save recordings, or take a snapshot all from your tablet or mobile device.

Not very easy to use
For advanced users its barely usable but for the audience its intended for.... its basically quantum physics to them.
Adding the cameras wasn’t too bad and viewing them is easy once that’s done.
Its when you use the surveillance system for its intended purpose, scrubbing through footage and sending it to other people...you may as well pull the hard drive out of the NVR and hand that to the police or insurance company directly since its easier.
