No option for logout or request new pin
I have accounts with BoB india and NZ and I am unable to sign out of this app and login to my other account . Also if you put pin wrong 3 times the account is locked and you can’t submit reset request via app as Submit button . This app is very disappointing
Most disappointing app
I have been using this app for last one year. It is such a disappointment using this application as it doesn’t let you reset pins when required and the customer service is very poor. I’m so disappointed with this app.
HOW THE HECK DO YOU LOGOUT!
This is so frustrating app. It doesn’t allow you to logout of the app. I have been living overseas and there is no option to logout and use another account.
