I’ve been playing this game for about 2 years now, and it honestly can’t be beaten. There is a huge variety of puzzles, you can make them as hard or as easy as you want. As you complete puzzles you earn coins to spend in the store. Even if you decide to spend real money the packs are reasonably priced in comparison with buying real jigsaws. I don’t know how the support team work, I’ve never had an issue.

I purchased the ad-free version of this app many years ago and it was great! You just did your puzzle and got your coin reward at the end, nice and relaxing. But with every update the app gets more and more annoying. I can handle all the extra quest and game windows you have to close to actually get to playing the puzzle but now the coin pop up’s are so often that the game is getting unplayable. Over 20 pop ups for 4 coin rewards through one 550 piece puzzle, 2 of them before I’d even finished the border! Puzzles are meant to be relaxing, but it’s not relaxing to constantly have your game interrupted with pop ups. This would still be the best puzzle app and definitely 5 star if you could please just put the coin rewards back to being at the end of the puzzle like they used to be.

You collect reward coins as you keep working on a puzzle and at the end of a puzzle. I’ve had this app for ages and a software upgrade made me lose the old version and get the new version. Still enjoyable with some cool new features. (Was sad to lose my years of history tho!) but it’s ok, puzzles are cool and lots of choice, and options. I do get the need to make $ for sure and I would get a subscription if it wasn’t so expensive! I already buy some puzzle packs and watch ads to support the app, but the subscription is too much for what you get. Glad I can still play for free and give in other ways. But having a bunch of offer windows to close all the time gets annoying.

As for the pop-ups, we are sorry that they frustrate you. Unfortunately, you can't remove them permanently, it is possible only to close them using the cross. All those additions were added to make the game more interesting and entertaining and they are being a part of the game.
