In one drag to the edge of your display, you size any app into half of the screen. And by dragging its windows to corners, you snap them into quarters. Sliding on the bottom edge creates thirds, or even sixths on ultra-wide monitors. Taking advantage of such arrangements eliminates app switching and greatly enhances workspace efficiency.
All commands can be triggered via keyboard shortcuts as well. You can find a predefined set of hotkeys under the menu bar icon, or create ones that fit your habits.

Just an awesome productivity app - just add one thing!
As a heavy multi monitor user this is the best app I've come across for the management of windows, simple keystrokes to move windows around.
One minor improvement - add the ability to have a window set to a custom size and have that configurable. I often need to leave a section for small widgets (world clocks etc) and would like a keystroke to scale it to that.
Otherwise this is an excellent easy to use app. Recommend!
Magnet works great for window management
I have been using Magnet for around 2 years now, it works great in helping me have multiple windows open, I use a macbook and 2 monitors, and having magnet let's me lock in place all windows and screen to appropriate sizes. I am a big fan of the hotkey system as well. Apple doesn't have as intuiative features built in. so magnet is definitely a good investment. Thanks team!
Must have essential
Very handy, saves lots of time, not having to deal with going in and out of fullscreen in apps, windows can be moved around and rearranged easy.
Bought a new computer recently and was suprised when it wasn't there, becuase I had been so used to using it for many years. Downloaded it again straight away once I realised.
Absolute must have.
