McDonald's 4+

The $6 Cheesy Pleaser gave me life, it gave me love, it gave me joy…. Until today. The upped it by a dollar, no longer being the saving deal it once was to being just a dollar and a half cheaper than it once was, becoming a waste of my time. I once believed that Grimace and Ronald were my hero’s, now they are the villains I neither imagined that they would become. Like Icarus, McDonald’s flew to close to the capitalist sun, if only Daedalus had built sturdier wings….

Awfully slow app, and I have a new device with fresh iOS. Constantly freezing. Codes for Monopoly don't read correctly half of the time, you have to angle your device in a weird way. But the fun part start when you reach so many codes scanned: it refuses to scan them in general, making it harder and more annoying for you since you have to type it in manually. Tested that on multiple devices, even those that aren't iOS. Just McDonalds not wanting to give out prizes. Ah yes, and the chest limit - after so many codes (a miserable amount, btw) you aren't granted them anymore. This is so awkward to watch a huge company with millions in additional revenue from Monopoly hype doing this over prizes. And this is on top of Monopoly being almost no winnable in general. Yikes.

I’ve gotten a hand me down phone (iPhone 8+) from my sister and I was trying to get back my apps but for some reason this mc Donald’s doesn’t want to work. Everytime I install it says soemthing is wrong with my time and date settings since it’s not on automatic but I’ve literally checked 100 times and my settings are fine. after a while of refreshing it goes to the ‘it’s not you it’s us’ page. this app works perfectly fine on my old phone (iPhone 6s plus) and I have signed out of the account in case the was the problem but it still doesn’t want to work. I really do like the app but currently I am upset since I don’t get my Macca deals!!!
