These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence. Your MentalUP Premium subscription will be charged through your iTunes account.
At the end of the term, your subscription will automatically renew through your iTunes account.
You will be charged for the regular price of your subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Ratings and Reviews
Update not working
I’m being prompted to update the app and this update requires iOS 13 or higher but my phone is saying its all up to date with 12.5.7 with no option to download another update. MentalUP gives me the option to download the last comparable version of the app with my software and when I click the option to download that version it just tells me I need 13.0 or higher and would I like to download the last comparable version? so we just go round and round in circles not achieving anything.

Hello, we're very sorry for the technical problem you're experiencing. Unfortunately, the current technologies used by MentalUP no longer work on versions below iOS 13. We want you to know that this limitation is completely beyond our control. You can still access and use your MentalUP account from devices above iOS 13, your computer and Android devices.
