This app is hopeless for use on mobiles. It is virtually a copy of the webpage, with the layout not being hugely user friendly.
More important is that the app forgets details for some reason. The number of times I have had to submit details as if I am using the app for the first time – including verifying Face ID – is ridiculous: either make the app work with this feature, or don’t give the option at all.
It seems like this app was built three or four years ago and then forgotten about.
I would love to have access to my KiwiSaver details quickly without having to go to an actual computer, but at this point, this app isn’t the solution.

I really hope you improve your app interface as it feels like I am browsing your online webpage rather than using an application. It is slow and disorganised. It is very difficult to find what I need as well. I wish it was more compact and straight to the point with everything sorted into logical tabs or menus.

This app is rubbish. It actually makes me worried that a large company like Mercer can release a dog of a product like this. I have re-downloaded the app (as instructed)..gone through all the procedures as asked and it then takes me to a “page has expired” message with no (apparent) exit. Login and password boxes are on two separate pages? Who does that????? No one that I have ever seen. Support only M-F. Why is is still telling me that “Mercer is changing the way you logon” when I have already done all that. Mercer - you need to fire your app developer(s) and hire some professionals. Then you can sort out your 2006 website.
