Keeps signing me out

I really like the app and the challenges that come with it but somehow when I don’t open the app for a day or so it logs me out so I need to keep logging back in. Sometimes I forget to check the app and after training and whatnot the steps are not counted as I was logged out, it’s awesome motivation but if I can be kept logged on that’d be awesome or maybe the count feature taking the steps off the watch/phone step count from when we signed up for the challenge? Considering it keeps logging me off this would be an awesome feature.

Thanks for getting in touch, we always appreciate feedback! We released a new version last week which we are hoping solves the logout issue. It seems to be a success, but if you're finding this is still an problem for you, please let us know on mercurygo@mercury.co.nz so we can work on it further.

About the app

It is easy to use and get points with walking and answering questions right. Thank you it is easy to use for having a look at payments going through and having a look at usage on how much power you use in a day.

Does Not Count Steps Accurately

It would be great, however I have not gained entry to a number of challenges having put the effort in, as the app does not sync correctly the number of steps. I use a fitness tracker which syncs with the phone and the phone has a built in tracker. iPhone 8 Plus. Example: phone shows I have done 7000 steps on the Mercury App it shows 223 - massive variance. Makes it pointless entering the challenges. Also disappointing to do the work and discover it is not logging correctly. Is there a fix? Why does this continue to happen? I have told Mercury and nothing ever seems to be done about it.
