Disappointed
It was extremely good n i was loving it.
Since this week it updated itself and when adding a post screen visibility has decreased. Because the top and lower app screen is so large that not is left in the mid section. I am already adding posts but on my main screen the app tells me with broken circles to stuff. We no longer have the yearly check time breaks in between which helped us easily get to our old posts. Now i have to scroll n scroll n scroll. I have lost “invite friends” from my page. And i do not understand why the instagram is added there too. Very unhappy it has made it harder.
Business Suite
Initially I thought it was quite good but then I published a post and after that point I couldn’t access my photos again ( other than the ones I used in my previous post) I reported the problem but no response. I have asked my family to look into it for me ( as more technology savvy) but they are flummoxed as well. We have encountered other problems but this one will give you the flavour. I hope they sort.
Version 223.0 still useless
Everything Facebook has done recently has made administration of my Page much, much worse and nearly impossible. The only benefit of this app is that it is the only place I can ‘see’ my scheduled posts. On all my other devices and Facebook apps when I use the scheduled posts button, I am told I have no scheduled posts. Rubbish. This app won’t let me manage scheduled posts because there is no preview. No preview = no edit. If I try to delete a post, the app crashes. The only way to delete a post is to publish it and then quickly delete it. I have reported this problem repeatedly with screenshots. There has been no response over all the weeks I have made reports. The fact of my reporting a problem does not appear in my Support Inbox. This update has fixed absolutely nothing. Please, please fix the problems Facebook.
