Sleep at last!
Usually takes me over an hour to drift off to sleep.
Yesterday I download Mind DoJo and listened to Autogenic Training for sleep...I didn’t make the end! Must of taken me all of 5 minutes to fall asleep. Can’t wait to utilise this app to its full potential 😊
