So far so good

It’s only been one hour since I downloaded the app but it’s honestly so amazing ! There are so many different tools on here to help with anxiety. I used the thought journal straight away to help me while I was feeling anxious. There is so much information and tools given in this app to help change the way we think . I’m so grateful I found it ! Thank you .

Woah. Why has no one reviewed this already?
I'm 18 and live with OCD and generalised anxiety disorder and depression and this app is amazing!! Like.... I can't even describe how good it is. I have been doing CBT/ACT/Mindfulness and stuff like this with my psychologist for almost a year now and this is so handy to have as it's got all the things I've learnt :) and learning and it has guided visualisations which I love !! And you can use the app offline too. Just got it and still have so much more to explore in the app - but it's just brilliant - gonna recommend it to all my other friends with similar disorders. It sums up everything I recently learnt in my group therapy too. Woo. That was the longest review I've written.
