Overall great app
Overall great app. I personally found it very helpful as I have a few different mental health disorders (one being generalised anxiety disorder). My only problem is that I feel the need to write more done but the character limit is only 400.

After reading useless article after useless article about how to manage my anxiety and ptsd, I checked to see if there was “an app for that”. So I found this app during an intense anxiety attack, and it helped me reduce my anxiety within a couple of minutes. The breathing exercise and coping cards are really useful. It’s already teaching me coping skills that years of therapy never properly gave me. I’m truly grateful 💖

It’s only been one hour since I downloaded the app but it’s honestly so amazing ! There are so many different tools on here to help with anxiety. I used the thought journal straight away to help me while I was feeling anxious. There is so much information and tools given in this app to help change the way we think .
