Ratings and Reviews
Simply not on par with it’s competitors
The app might look pretty, but that’s where the positivity ends for me.
There is no ability to control from multiple devices
There is no ability to control remotely
BLE connectivity only works if you have a few devices, once we get a higher amount, the app is almost completely useless, even Ecotech support suggests creating multiple tanks and having each type of device separated.
No Wifi support in sight
Their hardware is second to none, but unfortunately their software is dead last.
Useful but buggy
When it works the features are great for customising lighting schedules. But it works intermittently which leaves you wondering why they don’t just fix it. Even been talking about buying a new light just to avoid the App.
