As the name indicates, you will be able to enter your weight on a regular basis and monitor your progress accordingly through means of statistics and graphs. You may also enter and track multiple profiles as well - monitor the progress of your family members, spouse, friends, colleagues - or simply create more than 1 profile for yourself to set partial targets until you reach your ultimate goal.
This app will also suggest your ideal weight and recommend the amount of time needed to reach that target based on your current weight, height, body frame, gender and age. You may, of course, choose to alter the suggested targets based on your own plans.

This app has helped me to monitor my keto and fasting progress, which for the first time in my life, together with the motivation gained from using this app, I am able to monitor a weight loss progress which is sustainable. This is a fantastic app and works well great dashboard info though I am not sure how the squares in the middle work great way to review stats easily could the measurements be seen in a way to show progress like the weight graph maybe a spreadsheet with totals of cm lost or gained would be great
Great to have the reality of what my healthy weight would be. Great perhaps an overstatement, more like a reality check. Has inspired my husband and I and given us a goal. Now on our way to losing weight, it is great to see where we started from
