We’ve made it super easy to manage your Orcon account. (Because these things should be simple).
Basically, everything you do on our website; you can now do by app. (Well nearly everything).
• See live phone and data usage
• View your invoice history
• Change your plan
• Add or remove products
• Pay a bill via credit card
• Change or set up payment methods
• and do other handy stuff too

Thanks for using My Orcon! In this update:
- Power customers without a smart meter can now enter meter readings manually
- Customers ordering a new mobile plan can now specify a delivery address for their SIM card
This release also includes some feature improvements and general bug fixes.

Login states you can use either your login or email address but only works with full email address. Only functional part seems to be the billing information. Lots of "Oops" errors in other screens where the app is unable to get data plans or any of the nice graphs pictured. Let's hope they get it fully functional sooner rather than later.

Hi T@L0n, sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with the app. Are you still getting errors on non billing screens? Any further information to help us better understand and resolve the problem would be greatly appreciated.
I used to use this a lot and it worked fine. But I have updated my iPad software to iOS 11.0.3 and now the app is useless. When I go to log in it tells my details are incorrect. Yet I can log in perfectly ok to Orcon on the web. So I know my details are correct. I have tried closing the app, opening it and trying again but get the same result. I have tried deleting the app and downloading afresh but it is still no good. Disappointing as I used to use it a lot.

Orcons a hassle
Put money in the app and rather than charging the app it still took a direct debit out of my account - and now they are not transferring me the money back for 5to10 working days.. Orcon is always a hassle
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
