Q. What is the Shackster Programme and what are the benefits?
The Shackster Programme rewards customers who frequently visit The Local Shack, by allowing them to accrue points, which can later be used as credit towards bills. There are many benefits for you when you sign up for the Shackster Programme, including:
1. For every $1 you spend at The Local Shack, you will receive points to then spend at any of the Local Shack locations.
2. Special member offers and updates. We will regularly send communications with member-only offers, as well as updates to what is showing and coming up at the Local Shack.

Q. How do I become a Shackster?
The easiest way to become a Shackster is to download this app! Simply register to start accruing points when you visit any Shack location.

Q. Can I use my Shackster Card at all Local Shack locations?
Yes. All Local Shack locations allow you to accrue and redeem points on every transaction.

Q. How do I redeem points on my Shackster account?
To redeem points you have accrued through the Shackster Programme, simply ask your server when paying for any transaction. They will inform you if all or some of your bill can be paid for with your points.

Q. How do I check my points balance?
To check your points balance sign-in using your email and password. You may also ask your server when visiting any of the Local Shack locations and they will be able to provide you with your points update.

Q. Do my points expire?
The points you accrue are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. After this date, unused points may be cancelled at the discretion of the Local Shack.

Q. What if my details have changed, how do I update them?
You may update your details at any time after signing-in to your profile and updating your info

Q. I am not receiving regular emails and special offers from the Local Shack. What should I do?
Please ensure that you have checked your spam mail folder. You will need to mark our emails as ‘safe’, to make sure they aren’t deemed spam. If you still have concerns, please email shackcare@thelocalshack.com.au and we will assist you further.

Q. How do I know my details will be kept safe?
The Local Shack uses a secure website and service to store your personal data. We will never disclose any personal contact information for use by a third party, in compliance with the National Privacy Act and relevant Anti-Spam Act. If you feel someone has accessed your information other than yourself, please contact shackcare@thelocalshack.com.au with details.
