Why can’t it save my login
I like being able to check my data usage every now and then but find it annoying that I have to login each time I come to use the app. Please let it save my login details and let me login with Touch ID.
The inability to save login credentials, let alone use finger or Face ID is completely atrocious. I’m a new slingshot customer and have to say I hope the service is far better than this awful app otherwise I sharn’t be staying. This app needs a serious update in function and form. Update: the app and slingshots accounting seem odd, my bill is in credit but the app and anvoices screw that up so much it’s unclear what the final bill is. And the app is still stuck in 2014. Why hasn’t this been updated to include hour by hour power and more metrics??? UPDATE. it’s been two years since I downloaded this app and it’s still as old fashioned as ever. Website redirects, information days out of date, credit balance always shows as a negative amount, data use is inaccurate, can’t access mobile plans from the app. Slingshot are at best shoddy in offering this up. It’s well overdue to put some money into modernising this.
Great for home wifi - what about mobile?
The app seems wonderfully straightforward for keeping track of usage, payments, and settings for home wifi. However if I tap “my mobile” I get sent to the Slingshot webpage to access my personal data & minutes usage, plans, etc. Not a big problem but it would be awesome if this was all included in the app.
I haven’t had the issue of being logged out like other users so might have been resolved, thanks guys!
Also I’d like to note the customer service team is ace ✌🏼
