Unhelpful if you change Policy Holder

Was an excellent app, however after changing policy holder I am now unable to claim nor is the new policy holder. As I am the primary user this makes things difficult and time consuming having to manually send through paper work just for a claim. Such a waste of time and not impressed that this app cannot update in all areas especially with the new policy holder details.

Great if you don’t change policy holder

Excellent app making life easy to claim. The problem for me is when there is a change in policy holder, as there is an inability to log out of the app and log someone else in. Especially when all member information remains the same. It’s a PAIN. Have even deleted app and associated date, and reinstalled. We now can’t use the app and need to revert back to paper based and pay postage every time. Time & resource waste.

App in itself is useful, but....

Every time I go to use it, every few months or so, the app has been updated and I have to find my user details again to log in, as my fingerprint is no longer accepted. So annoying. Please keep us logged in when updating the app!
