Shop online and manage your Pick up & Delivery orders
Search and add products to your trolley and organise your order to be delivered. You can also pick up your order from any of our stores. We’ll notify you when your Pick up order is ready for collection, and when your Delivery is on its way.

Change or cancel your order until our team starts picking. To manage your order, go to your order details in the app.

Browse the products on special from your store, and add them straight to your shopping list or trolley.

Sort your shopping list by aisle to save time
Create and manage your shopping list on the go and check items off as you shop in-store. Even better, your list is organised to help you shop faster at your local Woolworths store. You can also send your list to our online shopping website or share it with family, friends or flatmates.

Our product locator helps you to find items in-store
Do you spend too much time wandering through the aisles struggling to find items like ice cream toppings or custard powder? The product locator now displays a map showing you where you'll be able to locate those hard-to-find items in your local store.

Track your rewards and earn points easily with Everyday Rewards
Your Everyday Rewards card is now available on the app for you to easily scan when you're in-store — no more carrying it around in your wallet. You can also track your points balance and vouchers in real time.

Boosts are unique offers created just for you based on how you shop with us. They can help you:

keeps deleting my cart

Ever since the app rebranded it no longer saves my shopping cart which I am finding incredibly frustrating. I used to enjoy adding items to my cart throughout the week as I notice things are getting low or I have run out of, then submitting to the store once a week. Since the update I can no longer do this and I have to write a paper list to remember what to order which completely defeats the purpose of having an app.

Other annoyances are - the search function doesn’t always search after entering a search term and needs to be refreshed or resubmitted multiple times before it’s picked up - defaulting to “pick up” when I always get delivered and when I change to “delivery” half the items in my cart are suddenly out of stock, not listing all the items that are available in store on the app at all. if the shopping cart issue isn’t resolved soon I’m going to have to shop elsewhere, yes it’s that bad.

Problems needing to be fixed!

The app won’t load my one card and keeps telling me to link a card even though I’ve got a one card already linked to my account, my card shows when using the website but when I try use the app it doesn’t. It’s super frustrating because it won’t show my points and won’t let me use it on the app or scan it in-store, I’ve tried logging in and out, deleting and reinstalling but still the same. The ‘In-store receipts’ option is great but it never works and also the app can be slow which is a bummer. However I found the aisle and scanning information really useful, if these issues were fixed I’d definitely keep using it but for now I’m gonna have to go back to using the website rather than the app.

Can you please contact us at onecard@countdown.co.nz with more details including your Onecard number so we can look into this for you and get it resolved? This will mean that you can then see your Onecard points, scan your digital Onecard in-store and view your e-receipts. Cheers

Useful, with limitations

The barcode scanning and aisle information are useful. Being able to change the store to get updated aisle locations is very useful.

The app is slow to load; being able to open the shopping list quickly when in store would be nice.

There is no synchronisation between devices, which would be useful if more than one person in the household sometimes does the shopping. This would also make it possible to use a web browser to create the shopping list; something useful when looking at recipes.

The product locator feature is useful, and one I’ve used several times. Unfortunately you can’t automatically activate it from your shopping list. There are times where I haven’t been able to find a product in the aisle and knowing where is the aisle I need to look is useful.

There is no Siri integration, permitting me to just ask Siri to add something to my list.

There is no option to recall previous shopping trips. This would be useful when doing a full shop to make sure regular items are not forgotten. Getting the receipt of a previous shop this way would also be good.

Adding items from the flyer to my list is handy, if you show that day or the next. It needs to include the special price so that the flyer becomes useful as a source of information for the list.
