Description
The mymobility® App with Apple Watch is your surgical journey companion, linking you to your surgeon and care team before and after certain types of surgery, injury or trauma. With step by step instructions and daily to-do lists, mymobility with Apple Watch supports your surgical preparation and recovery. Education, surveys, and exercises selected by your surgeon are accessed through mymobility on your iPhone with progress status provided by mymobility on your Apple Watch. mymobility reads users’ daily steps, floors, and heart rate data from HealthKit for clinical reporting. mymobility on your Apple Watch will also provide reminders when you have new activities to complete, plus track your recovery through step and floor counts and heart rate metrics to help you and your surgeon track your functional progress throughout your recovery. To use the mymobility App, you must be enrolled by a participating health care provider.

Ratings and Reviews
Disappointing
After completing all exercises each you are asked to rate how easy or difficult they were for you and the exercises are then supposedly “permanently modified” with a warning that once you change it you can’t change them back. What ACTUALLY happens is…absolutely nothing! I have rated the exercises too easy every day for the past two weeks since I began and nothing whatsoever has been modified. So annoying. I can modify them myself to a certain extent - but why promise something useful when you can’t deliver??
Shoddy App, non existent customer service and grumpy website!
No customer service whatsoever, been waiting 5 weeks for my Apple Watch and both myself and my surgeon have been trying and always met with misinformation, clunky and sometimes unusable links and websites and unfulfilled promises of call backs and help! Wouldn’t bother, if I could give it minus 5 stars I would!
