Nice app but annoying faults

I was excited at first to have this app finally, helpful when your not wanting to carry the monitor for each kid however agree with other review
- needs Audio in split screen, when detected in one room, it should play that audio so you don’t have to sit in one or the other video making it one child viewing only
- also no audio sound when you go to check another app on your phone so you lose monitoring of the child. Rendering your phone useless and a baby cam monitor only.
- apple iPhone latest update and the app constantly wont load when opening from the background
- even when closing and reopening, frequently the app will say the camera is offline or no wifi and when checking the monitor it’s fine and showing which means an app fault.
- however positives, love the layout, love the freshness of the app, nice how it has your child’s info and how it saves the imagines and videos after taking them.
Great feature how it gives your daily tips and tricks for play time with your child etc
I will delete app and re download hoping that nah fix the issues I’m experiencing

New app but no better

The new app looks nice but is still missing 2 critical features
-It won’t run the audio in the background if you leave the app or lock your device. This renders your device useless for anything other than view the camera.
-It doesn’t allow audio in split view. When sound is detected from a camera it should automatically switch feeds and transmit the audio. Without this feature you can only monitor one child at a time.

Not worth it

This app seems like it has everything you need but it’s missing so much.
Can’t save any of the motion detected videos, when you try to play back the motion detected videos half the time they don’t load and your left with a black screen, HD video doesn’t work if you slightly move the camera it goes super fuzzy, re loads every time you have to leave the app even for a second even when you go to motion detected videos it needs to re load. In fact I just went to look at my camera now and after it connected I couldn’t even make out my baby in her bed because it’s so fuzzy and didn’t connect very well.

Could be a lot better.

To reset your device, please follow these steps: 1: Go to the settings in the parent unit. 2: Run the factory reset. 3: The parent unit will then directly connect to the camera. 4: Redo the add camera procedure from the App to scan the parent unit QR code.
