pure TD, totally awesome
No fancy graphics, just blisteringly fast (if you want it to be), lots of upgrades, easy to read silhouettes, and truckloads of fun. Best TD I've played in ages!
Very difficult. -
No Boost tower!
The tutorial shows a boost tower that absorbs energy from battles to boost an adjacent tower. This boost tower is NOT present in current version of the game! Some levels are very difficult and the boost tower may have helped.
The free (Alpha and Beta) earlier sections of this game looked promising - difficult but a lot of fun - I bought the next Gamma levels expecting the Boost tower to unlock. It didn’t!
This is the first in-game content I have bought.
To compound my frustration, the first level of the this Gamma section appears to be impossibly difficult to get more than a couple minutes in. Therefore I can’t play the payed for content beyond this!
I would have given it a 5 star if the game included what was advertised and was better balanced Or maybe a difficulty slider.
Awesome!
For fans of geodefense, this is a good substitute. Some levels are really hard but it’s great
