Version 4.92.1
Our latest update has added the “Group ride” feature to the Map home page, helping you conveniently start trips with your riding companions. Additionally, we have refined our reset mechanism for Pass expiration date and allocation of daily free riding minutes. Instead of resetting at midnight, it now resets every 24 hours following a successful payment.

Great service
I would like to say that it is refreshing to find a company that has such good customer service. I had a problem with my scooter and it sucked a bit of time before I was able to sign of. Neuron not only got back to me quickly with a response (which I was not expecting) but also promptly refunded me the difference. I will definitely use this service in the future.

Brilliant value with their monthly pass
I was using Lime Scooters before in Christchurch, but switched to Neuron to try out the competition. The monthly pass is currently a steal at $1 per day.
The Scooters are sturdy and good to ride, and the helmets are a bonus if in heavy traffic or riding in the rain. I’ve had no issues with the app, but do be mindful it consumes a fair bit of battery life.
SCAMMMMMMMM
BEWARE THESE ARE SET UP TO SCAM!!!! I PAID TO WALK ONE IF THERE SCOOTERS TO A “rideable area”. I tried to use one of these scooters last night . I unlocked the scooter , brought a 3-day pass , and tried to ride . It wouldn’t work, and said I was in a “no ride area”. I tried to end the trip and it wouldn’t let me . Since I was being charged and was about to be late to my event I walked the scooter waiting for it to start to work. I spent 14 mins walking the scooter into the right area! What a scam. I have now received a PARTLY refund. I can’t believe I was charged to get THERE PRODUCT INTO A USEABLE SPACE. Insane . The help line was useless , and clearly didn’t even read my initial email.
