Save yourself the hassle and high blood pressure and find another provider. Dealing with Nova’s grossly incompetent and blatantly rude customer service desk is a nightmare. In my case the account holder was unable to deal with his own affairs, Nova simply refused to help me settle his account. With every reply “Can we get the account holder on the phone”.
People admitted in hospitals or otherwise unable to sort their own accounts are screwed, as a family member you can’t access their details. Leave it to Nova to send credit rating threats and screw you over while you’re recovering. All the while family members are trying to pay for the account but can’t access it. The solution: shut down the current account with Nova and open up a new account! Their customer service.... worst EVER!
Edit: The below issue is finally fixed and I can actually use the app. It works well and shows the information that I wanted to see. It's a shame it took so long to develop this app as other companies and well ahead of the this kind of tech for their customers.
An error keeps returning telling me I don't have an email address attached to my account. After multiple calls to your call centre confirming I do actually have all my details in your system, your app just doesn't work. And since this is the only way to check my balance (as you don't have any other way to check balances) it is very frustrating.
Same issue as everyone else
I cannot use the app to pay my bills that keep coming up as overdue due to the app being the only online method of payment. I have no idea why their website isn’t still able to accept payments. It’s moronic that a company doesn’t have a failsafe in place for app issues. I suggest nova sorts this or I’ll be changing companies. Fix your app Nova! No point talking it up if it doesn’t work. What a let down. If you want your bills paid then fix your retarded app!!!!
