Thank you novelship just purchased 2 pairs of dunks and received mines today, im from Auckland both my pairs arrived within 2weeks which is not so bad during this pandemic. Came with the Jordan box’s n wrapping inside the box’s so it’s legit real was comparing to my real dunks or details had to look closely was super happy. Thank you, will order more

Charged me a penalty for shipping in a slightly larger box, and cancelled my payout request as well. No prior notice or information mentioned about penalties. I follow instructions sent in the sales confirmation email but Customer service keeps saying I should have searched their entire website and found the penalties mentioned in their FAQ section. Why would I need to search FAQ when the correct instructions were emailed to me? Terrible service, would not own up to their mistake, which was not notifying sellers about penalties before charging. A company should not be hiding information somewhere on their site and expect customers to go find them, especially when a different set of instructions is directly emailed to customers. I will never sell on this platform again, rip off, thieves. Take responsibility for your own mistakes!

Hi Volt, we apologize if you disagree with the result. Please note that as stated in our FAQ and shipping guide, seller must keep the packaging box not more than 2 inches (4cm) larger than your item on each side. For Ninja Van, it must be less than 80 cm and 4 kg. Kindly be advised that the charge is not coming from Novelship and it will be coming from the courier itself. Do note that usage of a larger box may result to a damage of product. We hope for your understanding on the matter.

I wouldn’t trust to shop here, my item that I was wanting to buy has failed quality check twice. I don’t think the sellers on this app are reliable

Also I have been co texted by novel-ship regarding if I want to get the item replaced after failing quality check and have replied to this email saying I want a refund and they go ahead and source another item

This has happened twice. Terrible customer service, I just want my refund as I have been waiting almost 2 months for the item
