Ola Driver 4+

I drive for all ride share platforms operating in New Zealand, and have been driving for Ola right from the start since they launched, and am still driving for them. The number of times they have promised something and then failed to deliver that promise is just ridiculous, it’s a joke. They say ‘sorry’ a gazilion times when you call them for the mishaps they do, but are unable to fix the problem even for once. They say not to worry and it won’t happen again, and it happens the next minute. Unable to continue to trust them anymore. They send you invites to rewards but when you have done the job, the rewards just disappear from the app, leaving you no leg to stand on, to the point where I had to start taking screenshots just to prove my point. And most of their riders are the disrespectful ones kicked off from other platforms for repeated bad behaviour, and Ola happily onboards them without doing much for their bad behaviour. They still owe a lot of money in rewards that I was never paid.

Can you please relocate a decline button from left corner to the right as I accidentally decline booking because sometimes when I’m looking something on my account and try to go back by press back button in the same time when booking requests pop up will decline booking request

Ola app is the worst app in the ride share category. Its not user friendly, it is very slow. Asks to share your location every single time you start it. Poor navigation between the tabs. Poor response on accepting rides. App shows high demand area but do not have any rides. Poor maps and location system, it tell the driver to a funny route which makes them to driving kind distance to get to rider.
App doesn’t allow riders to pick their home address rather it will move the pickup address by itself.
App sends the driver to pick up rider on wrong streets even though street number and address clearly says abc street but It will guide the driver to go to def street for pickups.
All in all it’s a rubbish application and rubbish systems for a rideshare platforms.
