Stumbled across Ooni on Instagram & became an instant follower as a lover of authentic pizza 🍕. Purchased the larger Karu 16 multi fuel pizza oven as part of a bundle, after visiting the Outdoor Concepts store in Queenstown. Met super friendly, knowledgeable & helpful retail assistant so couldn’t walk out the store without a purchase. Couldn’t be happier, have downloaded the Ooni App & will be making dough for this weekend’s inaugural pizza 🍕 🍕 extravaganza! 😬
Great start but needs work
The app has great ideas and the possible solution for all problems. Unfortunately some of the the threads just stop e.g recipes with incomplete or no instructions. Those improvements to go the last mile would make a big difference
Great app!
Love the fact you can incorporate both cold and room temp rises. I’ve been making dough commercially for over ten years for our food truck and using the Ooni app has given me far more flexibility on slow rises and does the math for me.
