Best training app for gym nervous people.
I really love this app. When I go to the gym I have no idea of what I’m doing and I love how everything is sorted for you so you just have to follow a plan. And you can change exercises if you aren’t able to do them. It has a warm up as well which I never knew what to do in. It makes it easy going to the gym when you aren’t a gym person. Really really recommend it!!!
Great workouts some technical issues
I have had some glitches with the rest function of the app and previously you had to add the weight and reps each time though that seems to have been fixed quite recently. There is no place to put notes for the exercise which is quite frustrating.
But I have followed Hanna for a long time and I’m so glad that I purchased her plans both before and after this app I really enjoy her workouts and I’m really glad that she released her own app giving her followers access to all her guides and the subscription to OWNU is much cheaper then buying the individual guides.... I haven’t used the nutritional part of the app but that’s because of my complicated relationship with food.

Absolutely love this app. I’ve always found it hard to stick to a training program and this has helped me so much! Love that there are so many guides to chose from, and it shows how each exercise is done. Highly recommend!
