Ratings and Reviews
A bit buggy
Good app when it works. It can give up to date scores in real time. Sometimes it gets stuck showing yesterday's events as "live" and not allowing you to search for a different sport. I guess their server is overwhelmed during the olympics
It’s almost worth not even bothering
Ok so this app has some major issues which are:
- needs to be force closed to update
- fails to send notifications 95% of the time
- has no way to submit feedback to the developers
- has a really clunky layout
- you’re locked to only following 8 sports and 1 country…but this doesn’t matter anyway as the notifications don’t work
I needed this app primarily to alert me when events and my country were about to compete. It has failed at this pretty much every time. The two times it did alert about medals I got them more than an hour after they happened.
Given this team had an additional year to get this ready it’s unbelievable how bad this app is. The Rio 2016 one was fine so why not just use that?
Idiot proof
Awesome app only a complete muppet would have trouble with this app. Great layout, easy to follow favourites and seemed to keep up well with live events.
