Could do basic lighting better

The app features aren’t bad but it lacks in the most important area, which is the lighting control.

Too many steps involved.
1. Launch the app.
2. wait for each room to load,
3. tap on the specific switch you want,
4. wait for that specific switch to load
5. control the light.

So what was the point of using the app?
Let’s compare with manual process:

1. move to light switch
2. control light

I would expect the experience to be:
1. Launch app
2. Control light

If app needs to sync, then it can be done as a background task after or during my interaction with the control.

Unfortunately there are technical limitations while we first need to connect before being able to control the devices.
However, you are right there are things to improve and we are constantly working on improving your experience with Wiser. Currently we are integrating group control from the App as well as improving the design.
In the meantime we hope you still enjoy to use Wiser for times when you dont want to move to the light switch.

Slow and glitches

The hardware and app are just too slow to connect and respond. Feels really dated as a result. No Alexa or other voice command compatibility. Every morning I turn on my slow switch, I wish I had chosen a different brand of smart switch. It feels like PDL have long since given up trying to improve this. Please catch up with other manufacturers and give us the connectivity and features we deserve.

No Apple Home Kit support

App is good for initial configuration of smart switches, but without Apple Home Kit support its remote switch functions are very limited especially as time clocks aren’t available on some smart mechs. Is this going to be supported in the future?
