PeakFinder has been upgraded with a new data model. The mountains are displayed even faster and more precisely. In addition, less data is required.
••• Offline mode •••
Important: When updating to the new data model, PeakFinder loads the data within a radius of 150km/100mil around your current location. If your next trip is further away, you can simply load additional areas via the 'Offline mode' menu.

Lettering of peaks names
Several of us in our tramping club have view finder. We find it an excellent point of discussion when we are able to observe peaks when on our tramps. The only failing we find is that the font size of the peak names are too small for the majority of us to read without using glasses. The ability to increase the font size would be hugely appreciated.
Very cool app
Works great making easy to visualize local topography. I'm in NZ and data perfect.
