The photo book paper quality is good. Service is very fast. In their apps, the front cover photo for 6”x6” covered up the whole front cover. What I got is different. Anyway it is not a big issue and still a good platform to create your photo album. The price $79.00 for 6”x6” book is not worth it, I just use the coupon given.
Rip off
Bought a voucher from the website and then saw there was free shipping but didn’t read t&cs properly so tried to get free shipping off the app and use my voucher but didn’t work as the voucher is only for website and free shipping is only for app. So ended up using the voucher and paying for the shipping which seems like a good deal compared to original price but if you compare it to warehouse stationary and Noel leemings per photo you’re better off buying it at their store not from this company. (Over all the voucher + shipping ended up becoming more expense than getting it from another store with no sales)

Long turn over time
Ordered a Photobook on September 8th and till today still says waiting. Sent an email but no response after 24hrs
