They had a promotion that if you sign up for their app, they give you a free Pita. Then a few minutes later they removed all the free pita vouchers. They essentially lured people’s email addresses and personal information to sell to private buyers for their own profit, and didn’t even reimburse the public for the privilege of doing so. What a low level business.

Decieved into downloading app, pita pit didn’t make good on promotional offer

App just stopped working one day, A shame as I used to have pita pit every work day. Some of us are on the road and need to fly past and pickup - also there is no way to provide feedback as their head office never answer the phone. If the app let you bypass this error if would be fine - store already selected, i dont need location information

First of all, just placed my first order using the app and couldn’t open the app again. Also, my email confirmation showed a different order to what I ordered on the app. Of course I couldn’t re-open the app to double check what I actually ordered. Everything was corrected in store as the staff were very friendly. App needs work though.
