Only had the free version but identified the plant first time accurately, very impressed
Generic, not worth it
I was using this to identify health issue with my plants, they give back essentially the same things for every plant (although I should have expected that). What’s most annoying is I cancelled this subscription and it charged me again and month later with no obvious way to be refunded.

Don't forget that lots of issues have the common reason for them. Simple things like correct watering are detrimental for the plant's health!
You can get a more specific analysis of your plant's issue if you reach out to our pro botanist for a consultation :)
As for the subscription, all the users are welcome and able to manage it at any moment. If canceled correctly, the charge can't just reoccur. Please describe your case at apps@straitonapps.com and we'll try help you resolve the issue.

Disappointing
Couldn't identify several of my plants.
Asked it to notify me before auto-renewal but didn't get notification and it auto-renewed before I could cancel😡

In order to be notified a user must allow push notifications. Please, make sure the app is allowed to send them to your device.
