A mums Christmas must have
I have used Portable North Pole since it came out and absolutely love it! It wouldn't be Christmas in our house now without it! The personalisation options are amazing and really make a difference between making it believable and different to anything else available. Whilst a little bit of Christmas bribery is a real blessing for us busy mums, there is nothing I love more then the look of awe and delight on his little face as he watches his own special personal video from Santa. Those are the precious memories that stay with you forever!!! Thank you PNP!
Love it but make it work properly!!
I rate it 4 star but it’s actually a 5 Star only it has played up so much on me this year I’m a little disheartened! When you pay the max amount to have everything available it really bothers me when nothing works as it should, I wish all the bug fixes were done before December! So annoying having coming soon on games in the kids corner when we pay for the app and now only two games available for them to play 😫 when it works it’s amazing, when it doesn’t it frustrating! Ironically my friends who use the free video had far better luck!!
Outstanding product!
After initial hesitation I decided to purchase the Magic Pass and have been so happy with that decision now several years on. The videos are outstanding quality and my girls love watching them. I love the fact that this is now a tradition in our household for birthdays and Xmas. And it’s also very helpful in terms of having Santa available to call with regards to managing their behaviour at difficult times during the year!
