What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep
■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night.
■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!
■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!
Rest Your Very Best!
■ Check Your Sleep Report
What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

Pretty good
my sleep schedule was terrible until i got this non-game game. it’s definitely an interesting sleep tracker. don’t pay for the premium pass, it doesn’t do anything. would recommend using the pokemon go plus+ if you dont want to wreak havoc on your phone battery, but that’s a bit expensive as well.
Pokémon’s sleep saved my life
After downloading Pokémon sleep, I now look forward to waking up in the morning. Before downloading this game, I would dread getting out of bed because of the looming thoughts in my head taking over. Sometimes I thought about the impeding doom of my future and how my own mortality restrains my endless hopes and dreams. That has all downloading since downloading Pokémon sleep. Call me Ginuwine but my whole life has changed since downloading this godsend of a game. I am so in love with every aspect of it and I recommend anyone to download it. Game Freak, thank you so much for finally producing a game that has clear effort, time and heart put into it.
Unique game
Super cool and unique concept! Easy to play with no ads etc. only thing that is concerning is having my phone on for the whole night. I dont think its great for battery health and it also adds to my screen time 😓.
Wish there was a way for it to run without having phone on all night!
