Would’ve been 0 if there was that option
Parked up, app wouldn’t work at the payment page. Tried numerous times, changed to a different card, still getting error message. Rang to complain, told to wait for the ticket and request refund. Get ticket and find out that the payment had come out of my bank 7 times as well. Difficult to get help, I don’t speak French or Swiss as per their website. Don’t know why we are using this app in NZ!!!
Worse every update
It surprises me how the developer can make the app more unusable on every update. This time in lieu of a new interface to make location picking easier (which looks like someone designed it in Word) they removed vehicle number plate selection.
This developer needs to invest in hiring a designer who can aid them in updating their app to be usable for their customers.
App and parking is a complete rip off
This app has caused nothing but stress. I haven’t been able to open the app for a week. Rung I-Park. Advised to uninstall app. Did that. Reinstalled app and couldn’t log back in. Said it didn’t recognise my email address. The one I’ve had for 15 years. Problem still not solved
