Afterpay
No Afterpay option yet it’s advertised for NZ residents. I tried through the app, online website and even Afterpay app but still no luck. Emailed PLT and they mentioned that it’s not available in my current address so tried my family’s address and still nothing.
Please fix this - would be an awesome feature for NZ buyers.
Empty bag..
Kind of a shame. I went into my bag so I could carry on through to check out, it wouldn’t let me. It kept saying “your bag is empty” and “no products added to your bag. Start shopping now” even though I had already selected quite a few things. If this could be fixed would rate it a solid 5.

Why does the cart empty why cant we leave our stuff in the cart and come back later on to pay it?
When is PLT going to get after pay or laybuy for nz buyers?
i think its a good idea to put in a feature on your website for when we add items to our cart that we dont get directed to our carts, every time we add-to-cart. Its time consuming and hella annoyng.
imagine when weve went through all that just to come back to our cart and our carts empty 🤦🏽♀️ wow just wow.
A lot of feature improvements can be made and maybe add more payment methods.
if an item is popular the restock needs to be fast, because its the worst thing when you know what you want to buy but its out of stock.
