BagBnB first experience
The original place I was meant to be leaving my bags at was closed on the day of drop off and I was not notified of this until I after I had already arrived.
But I managed to locate free wifi and online chat with someone from the bag bnb team who promptly organised a new venue within the area.
Finding the right apprennent was difficult without having internet on my phone. But once inside the host was friendly and organised. Would recommend
Easy to use
Really great system. Easy to use, very detailed and able to find reliable storage quickly and last minute. Will use often!
Poor
We booked to drop our bags at 12noon. After a 15min wait no one had shown, the cafe drop off point was closed. We rang the number and were told he had missed our booking. He then arranged for the janitor to take our bags. When we came back to collect the bags the janitor was at lunch and our contact person still had not arrived. Another 20min wait. We should have just left the bags at the train station.
After flying 35hours you don’t want to be wasting time like we were.
