Disappointing
I recently stayed at a Relais & Chateaux property, and was so impressed that I downloaded the app to research our next holiday.
For what should be one of the world's most sophisticated and luxurious brands whatever the touchpoint, this app is an embarrassment. It features notifications that can't be dismissed (or are instantly replaced with new and even less relevant ones), images that won't load, and navigation that doesn't work - leading to dead ends that require a 'force quit' of the app to start over.
Unfortunately the website isn't much better so, as much as I'd like another Relais &'Chateaux experience, it's looking less and less likely!
