Description
Rescue Zone is a mobile app dedicated to community and safety at sea in coastal zones. It is intended to be used for all recreational boaters, whereas hobbyist or fishermen, as a mean of exchange and rapid communication for minor assistance or more serious rescues, without the need of expensive equipment. With Rescue Zone, in case of a break down or worse, having your mobile on board and a little bit of battery will make all the difference.
With most incidents happening close to the coastline, in range of mobile phones, Rescue Zone makes those incidents less costly, if not free of charge. Rescue Zone offers a simple, reliable, and secure application tool which can transmit and exchange qualitative information in real time. With Rescue Zone, the Who – Where - What of an incident is reported automatically and instantly.
The app also comes with extra features, such as a fishing spot locator and a way to navigate to your friends.
Rescue Zone is an official partner of nautical emergency services.
